Based on my experience in clinical practice, healthcare management and the design and implementation of social and community projects, I research issues relating to access to and provision of healthcare from feminist theoretical frameworks and a rights-based perspective. Furthermore, I have developed specific proposals to tackle these issues, ranging from the creation of materials aimed at improving the training of healthcare professionals to clinical and community-based strategies. These ideas are reflected and developed in books, scientific publications and projects such as the Sextival, the collective health checks for children and the Observatory on Gender and Sexual Diversity.
